Returns

If your item is faulty or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via our email/whatsapp. You will be asked to send the product to our HQ for us to inspect. We will then contact you within 48 hours to let you know the outcome. We accept returns on standard items if these have been unworn/unused. We do not accept returns on earrings or body jewellery. We will not accept returns on any bespoke pieces. When returning your product, it is essential this is done by recorded delivery and all tracking information is emailed to our customer service as soon as possible. We will not be held responsible for items which are lost or damaged once posted.

If you have a payment plan directly though us, you will benefit from interest free payments! (This is though ICEBYCJ not Klarna)

If you fail to finish your payment plan you will not be eligible for a refund. You are able to pick a product up to the value that has already been paid.
